Delivery Area

We offer shipping to all the areas of HKSAR and Macau (residential and business addresses only).

Shipping Fee

Free delivery (Hong Kong & Macau) for order of HK$350 or above or Free in-store pick up service.

Delivery Method

We provide Door-to-Door delivery for both residential and business addresses but do NOT include hotels or PO Box addresses. We will provide you with a tracking no. when your shipment is ready. Please visit:

Delivery Time

We will ship your order within 2 - 5 working days from the date you placed it.Hong Kong remote area and Macau require 7 days . Orders are delivered Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm, excluding Saturday & Sundays and statutory Public Holidays.

Remarks: Giordano will NOT take any responsibility for delivery delays.

Undeliverable orders

Occasionally orders are returned to us as incorrect address, a PO Box and hotel address, failed delivery attempts or refused by recipient. When the delivery agent returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a refund by deducting the original shipping fee, customer need to be charged with HK$50 as extra delivery fee and handling fee.

Please ensure buyer or recipient authorized to sign the delivery, Giordano will not responsible to any lost due to package receive by other recipient.

In-store collection

Customer can collect your order in selected shop. We will inform you by SMS when your order are arrived to the selected store. The goods needed to be collect in 7 days, otherwise the order will be cancelled.

Customer is requested to examine the goods immediately upon delivery for any discrepancies, quantities, and/or physical damage. Please refer to Exchange and Return if you find any discrepancies, quantities, and/or physical damage. If customer has signed after receiving the goods, Giordano Limited reserves the right to refuse your claim.
