If you need to return any item(s) for exchange, kindly email us at eshop@giordano.com.my with title: EXCHANGE-Your ORDER ID, providing required details of item(s) to exchange (quantity & reason of exchange) within 30 days from the date of invoice. Your refund (based on actual discounted value as shown in tax invoice) will be processed based on the original payment method used for your purchase. The refund process will take approximately 10 working days to complete, although the processing time may vary subject to the means of payment and the third party payment providers involved. Please take note that refund is only applicable for online purchases. Refund in store is not allowed.
