If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product, please return the product and the order receipt to our E-shop Office within 7 days of arrival, or exchange the item at any Giordano stores in your country.If need to return products to Giordano E-shop Office, Please enclose a copy of your receipt along with the merchandise in a package and mail to the following address within 7 days of receipt of the goods:

Please send the item(s) via registered mail. In order to ensure faster processing, please also email us in advance the reasons for your return. Please allow up to one week from the day you package being received for your account to be credited. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges. We will credit the returned amount to your online shopping account in the form of E-shop online credit. Online e-shop credit can be used for future Giordano transactions.

  1. All items must be returned new, unused and with all Giordano and garment hangtags still attached.
  2. will not refund or exchange the following items: personal items (such as underwear or socks), items marked “not refundable” or “not exchangeable”, and items being soiled or damaged (such as size altered, washed or worn garment, leather being oiled, etc.)
  3. Items cannot be partially returned if the order included gifts or items were bought as a bundle. If you return only parts of a bundle, the return is considered incomplete and cannot be processed until the remaining gifts or bundled items are also returned. If the gift item has been unpacked or used, other items in the order can be exchanged, but not refunded.
  4. will not accept refunds and exchanges of items which were purchased in our regular stores.
  5. Please note all goods must be accompanied by an invoice. Returns without an invoice will be denied.
  6. Items purchased on may also be exchanged in any of our retail stores.
  7. Regarding exchanges, you will need to bear the one-way courier fee sending the item(s) to our offices. Goods returned to you will be sent using our complimentary courier service.
  8. Return requests made outside of the seven-day policy will be accepted at the discretion of Giordano.

Receiving a refund

Your refund will be processed based on the original payment method used for your purchase. The refund process will take approximately 10 working days to complete, although the processing time may vary subject to the means of payment and the third party payment providers involved.


As the display capabilities and graphic properties of computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices may vary, we cannot guarantee that the colour displayed on your monitor will be completely accurate.

Repeated Returns

We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and repeated returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion.
