Exchange and Return

If you need to send any items back for exchange or return, you must do so within 14 days from the date on which you received your order. Please complete the exchange/return form, indicating clearly on the receipt which particular item(s) you would like to exchange or return, and send the item(s) back to us by courier with the corresponding receipt to the following address:

Alternatively, you can exchange same the item, color, size in Giordano standalone stores only, although refunds and exchange other items for online purchases cannot be handled at our retail stores. Please note that this exchange and return policy does not apply to apparel that have been altered using our alteration service.

1. All items must be returned new, unused and with all Giordano and garment hangtags still attached.
2. During our sale clearance, products marked for final sale (as well as products that have been altered using our alteration service) cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged.
3. will not refund or exchange the following items: personal items (such as underwear or socks), items marked “not refundable” or “not exchangeable”, and items being soiled or damaged (such as size altered, washed or worn garment, leather being oiled, etc.)
4. Items cannot be partially returned if the order included gifts or items were bought as a bundle. If you return only parts of a bundle, the return is considered incomplete and cannot be processed until the remaining gifts or bundled items are also returned. If the gift item has been unpacked or used, other items in the order can be exchanged, but not refunded.
5. will not accept refunds and exchanges of items which were purchased in our regular stores.
6. Please note all goods must be accompanied by an invoice. Returns without an invoice will be denied.
7. To minimize courier transit times and the chance of goods becoming lost, you are advised to use EMS or Other courier services. Regarding exchanges, you will need to bear the one-way courier fee sending the item(s) to our offices. Goods returned to you will be sent using our complimentary courier service.

Receiving a refund
Your refund will be processed based on the original payment method used for your purchase.
Refund by Paypal Account : The refund process will take approximately 3-5 working days to complete.
Refund by Credit/Debit card : The refund process will take approximately 14 working days to complete,
although the processing time may vary subject to the means of payment and the third party payment providers involved.

As the display capabilities and graphic properties of computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices may vary, we cannot guarantee that the colour displayed on your monitor will be completely accurate.

Repeated Returns
We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and repeated returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion.

In case of any dispute, the decision of Giordano Limited shall be final and conclusive.
