Diagnostic Profiler Version 3.07Modifications: · Fixed a copy measurement error which was occurring when trying to copy a measurement with more than one measurement location. · Fixed the I/O Error which was occurring when trying to view the Test Summary Report for a candidate with disabled tests. (previously available in version 3.06a) · Modified the Failure Mode Wizard so that disabled tests are not viewed. (previously available in version 3.06a) · Modified the Failure Mode Wizard so that the display of many faults inside the grid does not affect coverage changes. (previously available in version 3.06a) Additions: Added a rename feature to the Failure Mode Wizard. The rename feature can be used to rename the failure modes previously assigned to faults.
