Diagnostic Profiler Version 3.06Modifications: · A new Part Coverage option was added to the Test Specification Details report. The new option adds another section to the report which lists each part and all the tests and measurements which cover that part. The Part Coverage option defaults to off. The previous option called Fault Coverage was renamed to Test Coverage. (previously available in version 3.05a) · Test and Measurement display order is now the same for both viewing inside tools and in the Test Summary and Test Specification Details reports. The reports now list the tests and measurements in the same order defined by the user for display inside the Specify Tests tool. (previously available in version 3.05b) · The Specify Tests tool default view for reachability was changed from only Reachable to Both reachable and unreachable. The default view used by the Specify Tests tool when it is first opened. The user can configure the view once inside the Specify Tests tool to either only Reachable, only Unreachable, or Both reachable and unreachable. · The Test Summary report layout was modified to include test and measurement descriptions and disabled test and measurements. This change provides a more comprehensive overview of test specifications. · The Failure Mode Wizard, accessible from inside the Specify Tests tool, was improved significantly. The first step inside the wizard allows the user to apply failure modes to fault locations. The second step allows the user to define test coverage for the newly created faults. The user can select the new faults from the fault list and click next. The next button opens the associated test mapping screen which allows the user to view the test coverage of just those faults selected. Previously, the second step was very slow and cumbersome to use. Improvements to the speed and responsiveness of the tool have been made so that the tool is now a viable method of checking test coverage and performing test mapping. Additions: · New Specify Test Information tool under the Specify Tests and Repairs tab. The new tool lists all tests and measurements and provides an overview of all test and measurement information. It allows the user to view and change Test Name, Test Category, Test Order, Test Cost, Test Data File Name, Test Description, Measurement Name, Measurement Description. The tool also allows the user to sort the list of tests and measurements alphabetically, chronologically, by order, and by category. (previously available in version 3.05b) |
