Diagnostic Profiler Version 3.02Modifications: · Improved Import EDIF Net List tool which automatically copies the original PWR and PKG files associated with the EDIF Net list to the project directory. · Improved Report Viewer tool which incorporates better detection of available system fonts. This should alleviate report file error messages. · Modified Profiler main screen which lists all available candidates for a selected project chronologically instead of alphabetically. This presents the candidates in a more logical order which should improve usability. · Improved New Measurement capability for multiple measurement locations. · Improved Edit Test capability for changing setup, cleanup, and test procedure information. · Updated Specify Repair Items tool. · Updated Testability Analysis Report which displays the number of repair items, parts and faults in each ambiguity group’s details section. · Improved Import Tools which automatically display the default directory for the current work area when adding new projects. New Features: · New Copy Measurement function inside the Specify Tests tool. The copy function creates a new measurement and copies the “mappings” or “coverage” from another measurement into the new measurement. · New server error recovery capability using process messaging registry keys. When a server process encounters errors or is terminated, the client process detects the error and reestablishes a new connection with the server. This new capability provides more robust error handling inside the Diagnostic Profiler. · New List Available Tests tool inside the Specify Tests tool. This new tool improves the use of disabling tests as an alternative to permanently deleting tests. Disabled tests are unused tests which are not carried forward into runtime. Because they are not used they are not displayed on the Specify Tests main screen. The List Available Tests tool allows the user to disable tests in order to effectively delete them without loosing test information. It also allows the user to re-enable tests which where previously disabled or permanently delete tests and all associated test information. |
