TRAINING
Giordano Automation provides comprehensive training services. Various training courses are available
that are geared towards each different type of user
application and tools. Courses can be provided either at Giordano
Automation's facility or at the client's premises.
APPLICATIONS ENGINEERING
Giordano Automation's staff of applications engineers is available to assist customers with the
implementation of any part or all of an applications program, including
embedded diagnostics, test program sets, interactive electronic technical
manuals, operator debrief and health management systems.
INSTALLATION
Giordano Automation's technical support staff will rapidly and efficiently install all hardware and software
to support our tools. Our professional staff works closely with our customer's computer support staff to ensure the system is supportable and integrated into our customer's existing computer systems.
DATA CONVERSION
Giordano Automation provides data conversion services to assist customers in the
import of unique design formats or other unique data into any of our
tools.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Giordano Automation offers 'hot-line' phone support for our customers. Additionally,
Giordano Automation posts a User Support Web page to provide a forum where customers can exchange ideas, tips and download the most recent
software version.
