Testability Analysis tool

The Testability Analysis tab provides one tool: the Testability Analyzer. This tool performs calculations based upon design and test information to derive fault detection and fault isolation percentages and ambiguity group size and composition. 

Testability statistics are displayed on the screen. You can also generate a number of reports which document the testability statistics.
