Synopsis Obtain the number of parts that could have caused the observation and measurement results provided
Return Value The status variable is set to zero if the DiagnosticianTM is active and to another number otherwise.
Description This template can be
used to provide information about the diagnosis to the operator and can also be
used to support the presentation of the diagnostic results to the operator.
The count variable is set to the number of parts that could have caused the observed symptoms.
