Synopsis
Cleans up after use of diagnostics
Return
Value The status variable is set to
zero if the DiagnosticianTM is active and to another number
otherwise.
Description This template causes
the DiagnosticianTM to forget all the observation and measurement
data from the previous sessions, clear all the conclusions based on that data
and release the Diagnostic Knowledge Base.
