Step 5 - Define Potential Failure Display The Operator Debrief can display graphical depictions of each potential failure mode as part of the prompt to the operator during the debrief process. This may be useful in refreshing the operator's recollection of the anomaly. During this step, you prepare the graphical representations of the fault. You can integrate many types of graphical files as well as multimedia (sound or video) files.
