Step 0 - Create or Load Operator Debrief project
Launch the Operator Debrief development tool by selecting it from the Start Menu or from within the Diagnostic Profiler under utilities.
To create a new project:
To work on an existing project:
1. Type in the name of the existing project that has the extension DSN, or use the windows Browse function to locate the existing project file that has the extension DSN.
2. Press the Next button to proceed.
