This policy applies to Giordano Malaysia Official EShop If you need to send any item(s) for exchange:

  1. Make an exchange request by email to with title: EXCHANGE-Your ORDER ID, providing details as below, within 15 days from the date of invoice:
    • Your order ID
    • Items, quantity, reason of exchange
  1. Once request approved, fill in details on the bottom part of tax invoice, pack your item(s) properly and send it via registered mail/courier with tracking number to the following address within 2 days:

  1. Your package will be inspected on return. For those not correspond with exchange & return policy, we will send back your package at your expense and responsibility.

  1. As we aim to process your order as soon as possible, therefore all confirmed order cannot be changed or cancelled.
  2. We provide 1 time return & exchange service per order.
  3. All returned item(s) must be in new and unused condition, Giordano label tags still attached, TOGETHER with original tax invoice.
  4. Giordano EShop will not refund or exchange the following item(s):
    • Personal items (such as undergarments or socks)
    • Items marked Not Refundable or Not Exchangeable
    • Items being damaged due to your personal reasons, such as being soiled/oiled, stink, altered, etc.
    • Items we reasonably believe have been used or worn, ironed
    • Items purchased from any Giordano retail stores
  1. Items cannot be partially returned if the order included gifts or were bought as a bundle. If you return only parts of a bundle, the return is considered incomplete and can only be processed after the remaining gifts or bundled items are also returned. If the gift item has been unpacked or used, other items in the order can be exchanged, but not refunded.
  2. Exchange subjects to stocks availability. If the item you wish to exchange exceed the actual discounted value of item returned, you shall pay the excessive amount. No cash refund if the returned item is higher price than exchange item.
  3. You will need to bear the one-way courier fee and be responsible if any losses, damages or extra expenses in transit, until it reached our office. Goods returned to you will be sent by using our complimentary courier service.
  4. Any request made outside of the 15 days policy will be accepted at the discretion of Giordano.

Receiving Refund

Your refund (based on actual discounted value as shown in tax invoice) will be processed based on the original payment method used for your purchase. The refund process will take approximately 10 working days to complete, although the processing time may vary subject to the means of payment and the third party payment providers involved.



As the display capabilities and graphic properties of computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices may vary, we cannot guarantee that the colour(s) displayed on your monitor will be completely accurate.


Repeated Returns

We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and repeated returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion.


Alternation Service

You may request a basic alternation service for your merchandise (jeans/khakis) purchased from Giordano EShop, at any Giordano Malaysia retail store, TOGETHER with your original tax invoice.


In case of any dispute, the decision of Giordano (M) Sdn Bhd shall be final and conclusive.
