Michael Araiza, Vice President of Advanced Programs

Mike Araiza joined Giordano Automation to head up Advanced Programs in the area of application of the Diagnostic Profiler, Diagnostician, Prognostic Framework and Operator Debrief products to high-tech systems, particularly at the embedded level or first line of maintenance.

Mike is currently the lead engineer applying the Diagnostician to the US Army Kiowa Warrior Mast Mounted Sight (MMS) System Processor, a highly complex Line Replaceable Unit to be tested on the IFTE Base Shop Test Station.

Mike is also the lead engineer for the Armament Diagnostics and Prognostics Tool (ADAPT). ADAPT will be an automated design, development, system management and validation test for the Future Combat System (FCS) and legacy artillery armament systems. This project will demonstrate that the high-fidelity gun mount simulation, Prognostic Framework and ModelQuest data mining tools offer a high benefit-to-cost ratio. This effort will leverage previous work conducted for the XM200 Crusader Gun Mount.
