In an Asset Purchase Agreement between VSE Corporation and Giordano Automation Corp., executed in July 2006, VSE acquired all rights and assets related to the model based reasoning technology and tools, including the Diagnostic Profiler, Diagnostician, Prognostics Framework and Operator Debrief.
